Hurricanes
There is nothing good about a hurricane. The only redemption is that we get advanced warning when they are headed in our direction.
The
destruction that Mother Nature can inflict is devastating
and
will make a permanent impression on you. Lives, life time
investments, and the natural beauty of the coast are lost due
to
these monumental storms. Nothing is ever the same after a hurricane.
We actually use hurricanes as markers in periods of
time.
(Pre-Hugo, Post-Hugo...Pre-Hazel, Post-Hazel) etc.
Needless to say: We don't dwell on the thought of a storm. We live our lives and enjoy the fact that GOD has blessed us with the opportunity to live at the coast.
